What do you do?
We operate a man and van business and move pretty much anything that is legal from one address to another, small removals, single items, you name it we've moved it from a £200,000 painting to a 12ft python!
How much notice do you require?
Try to give us as much notice as possible to ensure your move can be scheduled for a time most convenient to you. However we have been known to turn up 30 minutes after the customer's initial phone call.
Do you go to the tip?
No. Tips are dirty smelly places best frequented by companies that specialise in that type of move. We would recommend www.anyjunk.co.uk.
How do I pay?
Our terms are cash on delivery. Please have the cash available as stops at an ATM machine are charged at an additional £10.
Does your price include the Congestion Charge?
The price we quote always includes any congestion charge or toll charges.
Where are you based?
We have vans covering the whole of London and have a van based between Birmingham and Manchester very handy for competitively priced long runs up and down the UK.
Should the journey time be included in the loading time?
No.
Can we travel in the van?
We are insured to carry two passengers with belongings along with the driver. You are not allowed in the rear of the vehicles for obvious safety reasons (so no, sorry we can't fit a 3rd friend in the back!).
I've got a cheaper price will you beat it?
No. Our price is the price we want for that particular job. We believe we offer a service that is really hard to beat. If your move is based on price alone, be careful.
Do you add anything else to the price?
Our prices are fully inclusive of all costs. The only additional cost would be if the customer exceeds their load/unload time and if we have to make unscheduled stops along the way.
Does the stop clock start as soon as you arrive?
Once we have made contact with you to inform you of our arrival, we start the clock and stop it again once loading has finished. On arrival at your destination we start the clock again and stop it once all items have been unloaded and payment has been received.
I booked 120 minutes to load but only used 30, do I get a refund?
Unfortunately no. We space our jobs out based on the details we have from out customers and will therefore have booked the time slot exclusively for you.
